Community Development Center helps adults living with mental illness build the everyday skills, community connections, and stable housing that make independence possible. We are not a therapy or clinical treatment provider — our ARMHS specialists work alongside your treatment team, focused on day-to-day living skills, not clinical care.

Our services are designed for adults with a qualifying mental health diagnosis who want more independence — in their homes, their routines, and their communities.
ARMHS
Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services — one-on-one skill building for daily living, community integration, and preparing for school and employment. For clients who qualify, this also includes support for substance use challenges as part of your plan.
